We issue refunds for Contracts within 30 days of the original purchase of the Contract.

Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of A Wandering Mind.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights ("Infringement") of any person or entity.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of Terms.

All provisions of Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

A Wandering Mind its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

20. Exclusions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

A Wandering Mind may provide you with the ability to purchase or mint Non-Fungible Tokens ("NFTs") through our Service or through a third-party platform. You acknowledge and agree that:

24.1. NFTs involve significant risk. The value of NFTs can go up or down, or even drop to zero. You should carefully consider whether your financial situation and tolerance for risk is suitable for buying, selling, or trading NFTs.

24.2. A Wandering Mind is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of your use of our Service or a third-party platform to purchase, sell, or trade NFTs. This includes any loss of your NFTs due to mishandling, theft, or any other factor.

24.3. The purchase, sale, or trade of NFTs may be regulated or prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing and complying with any laws, rules, and regulations that apply to your transactions involving NFTs.

24.4. A Wandering Mind does not provide any advice or recommendations regarding the purchase, sale, or trade of NFTs. Any information provided by A Wandering Mind related to NFTs is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as advice.

24.5. A Wandering Mind does not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or legality of any NFTs that you may purchase, sell, or trade using our Service or a third-party platform. You are solely responsible for any transactions involving NFTs.

By using our Service or a third-party platform to purchase, sell, or trade NFTs, you agree to these terms and accept all risks associated with NFT transactions.
